What’s My Story?

You might be rolling your eyes thinking, “Ugh, another life coach.” But hold up, I’m not just spouting off advice from a self-help book I skimmed.

Professionally I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that specialized in trauma and addiction for over 10 years. Since becoming a life coach in 2019, I have helped thousands of people achieve massive transformations.

I’ve also lived through the love battlefield myself. There was a time when I was super insecure in love—always waiting for the other shoe to drop and actually attracted to emotionally unstable men. Yeah, it was as bad as it sounds. But now? I’ve turned that whole narrative on its head. I’m crazy confident in love and now only am attracted to men who are the whole package!

So when I say I get you, it’s because I’ve BEEN you.
