Digital Products
If you believe you have not derived any value from a pre-recorded digital product you have purchased (such as an online course), you may request a refund within 72 hours of the original purchase date of the product. Please contact us if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Other Coaching Services

NO refunds will be issued for other coaching services. This includes 1:1 coaching sessions, email coaching, group coaching programs, membership coaching programs, or subscription coaching programs. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any live webinars, trainings, or courses. If Kimberly Velez appears live, and the session is not pre-recorded, no refund will be issued.

Subscription Programs and Annual Up-Front Payments
If you are enrolled in a program that calls for recurring monthly or annual payments, if you elect to discontinue your subscription during the then-current period, your election to discontinue will take effect for the following period. If you elect to discontinue your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the then-current period.

Monthly Subscriptions:
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you provide written notice of your desire to terminate prior to the end of the then-current period by sending an email to kmv@kimberlyvelez.com.

By way of example, if you subscribe to any program on a monthly basis starting on March 1, then provide written notice to terminate on April 15, you will have paid in full for March and April, and will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining portion of April. Your subscription will be terminated as of April 30.

Annual Up-Front Payments
You agree and understand that by paying for an entire year of coaching services, you are receiving a significant discount on the amount you would otherwise be required to pay for the same coaching services. As such, no refunds will be issued, at any time, for any coaching services purchased at a discounted annual rate.
Subscriptions purchased on an annual basis will not be subject to automatic renewal. This agreement will automatically terminate one year from the start date of the program. You are not required to provide notice to us to effectuate such termination.

By way of example, if you subscribe to a program on a discounted annual basis starting on March 1, 2022, then provide written notice to terminate on April 15, 2022, you will have paid in full for March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023, and will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining portion of 2022 or beginning of 2023. Your subscription will be terminated as of February 28, 2023.
